Our first run is extra special (early backers snagged hand-numbered decks). Future printings will be available, but that “first wave” energy is one-of-a-kind.

In-stock items (like decks, stickers, pins, mugs): usually ship within 3–5 business days.
Print-on-demand items (like hoodies, totes, blankets): take 7–14 business days to create before they ship.

Return & Refund Rituals
Every Empowered Mischief item is packed with a spark of rebellion, a pinch of play, and a whole lot of love. We want you to feel the magic when your order lands in your hands. But if something goes sideways, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
Card Decks & Journals
• Changed Your Mind? You’ve got 14 days from delivery to request a return if your item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Opened decks and journals can’t be returned—once the magic’s been unleashed, it can’t go back in the box.
Small-but-Mighty Goodies
Logo sticker, sticker set, enamel pin, postcard set, coffee mug, tote bag (non-POD)
• These follow the same rules as decks: unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days.
• Damaged or incorrect? Reach out within 7 days with a photo and we’ll replace it.
Apparel & POD Items
T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags (print-on-demand), blankets (print-on-demand)
• Made Just for You: Print-on-demand items are created especially for you after you order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
• Check Your Fit: Please use the size charts before ordering apparel. We can’t exchange if you pick the wrong size.
• The Oops Clause (POD Edition): If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo—we’ll send you a replacement faster than you can say “rebellious spirit.”
Digital Products
(PDFs, guides, downloads)
• Final sale. Once they hit your inbox, they’re yours forever.
Refunds & Credits
• Refunds (when eligible) are issued back to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (the postal gremlins keep those).
How to Begin a Return
1. Send us an email at info@empoweredmischief.com with your order number and what’s up.
2. We’ll reply with the next steps and a return address (if applicable).
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
