Every Empowered Mischief item is packed with a spark of rebellion, a pinch of play, and a whole lot of love. We want you to feel the magic when your order lands in your hands. But if something goes sideways, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
Card Decks & Journals
• Changed Your Mind? You’ve got 14 days from delivery to request a return if your item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Opened decks and journals can’t be returned—once the magic’s been unleashed, it can’t go back in the box.
Small-but-Mighty Goodies
Logo sticker, sticker set, enamel pin, postcard set, coffee mug, tote bag (non-POD)
• These follow the same rules as decks: unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days.
• Damaged or incorrect? Reach out within 7 days with a photo and we’ll replace it.
Apparel & POD Items
T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags (print-on-demand), blankets (print-on-demand)
• Made Just for You: Print-on-demand items are created especially for you after you order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
• Check Your Fit: Please use the size charts before ordering apparel. We can’t exchange if you pick the wrong size.
• The Oops Clause (POD Edition): If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo—we’ll send you a replacement faster than you can say “rebellious spirit.”
How to Begin a Return
1. Send us an email at info@empoweredmischief.com with your order number and what’s up.
2. We’ll reply with the next steps and a return address (if applicable).
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Domestic Shipping Policy
We ship from sunny Orlando, Florida—home of theme parks, thunderstorms, and a whole lot of magic.
Shipping Methods
All U.S. orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate, depending on size, weight, and destination. You’ll see your options at checkout.
Processing Time
In-stock items (like decks, mugs, stickers, pins, journals) usually ship within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.
Print-on-demand items (like hoodies, totes, and blankets) are made just for you and typically ship within 7–14 business days.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Delivery Times
UPS Ground: typically 3–7 business days after shipping.
USPS Priority Flat Rate: typically 2–5 business days after shipping.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, or carrier delays (those postal gremlins again).
Shipping Costs
We keep it simple with flat-rate shipping—no surprise math, no guesswork.
$3.00 for small items (stickers, postcards, enamel pins)
$9.95 for most items (decks, journals, shirts, totes)
$14.95 for heavy or bulky items (mugs, sweatshirts, blankets)
Add-on items ship together at a small additional charge ($2–$4 depending on size).
Orders over $100 ship free within the U.S.—because we love rewarding a good haul.
Print-on-demand items (like hoodies, totes, and blankets) may ship separately at no extra cost.
Lost or Missing Packages
Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of UPS or USPS. We can help file a claim if your order goes missing, but we can’t replace items that are confirmed delivered to the address provided. Please double-check your shipping info before ordering.
We take care packing every order with love, rebellion, and a few sprinkles of mischief—so it arrives ready to spark something good.
International Shipping & Customs
We love sending a little mischief around the world!
Please note that all international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees once your package arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout.
Customs & Duties
Any customs fees, import taxes, or handling charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
We can’t predict or control these fees—they vary by country.
We also can’t mark packages as “gifts” or lower the item value to avoid fees (the postal gremlins frown upon that).
Delivery Times
International delivery times vary widely—usually 2–6 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing. Once your package leaves the U.S., we can’t control or speed up how long it sits in customs.
Tracking
You’ll receive tracking information when your order ships. Some countries provide full tracking, while others show updates only until the package leaves the U.S.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused or returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or an incorrect address, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. (We’ll refund the product cost if it arrives back to us safely and unopened.)
